Messolonghi is not only well-known for its historical events that took place here in 1821with the uprising against the Ottoman Empire, but it is also nowadays renowned for the exquisite taste of the fish from its Lagoon (considered as one of the most tasteful fish in Greece), the unique “Fish Roe of Messolonghi”, Olives and olive oil and its high quality of natural salt.

i) Socrates Organic Village – Wild Olive can offer to its guests breakfast if so requested.

ii) Lunch and dinners are not available at the Socrates Organic Village – Wild Olive, but our guests can order from a variety of deliveries and consume it amongst our tranquil environment, or even just visit one of our many restaurants within our area.

Our breakfasts also offer our guests the ability to taste fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, seasonal spices and others that are organically grown and freshly picked from its farms.

Even the water that one drinks within our village, comes directly from a well, processed and ready to be drunk from the water taps.

All bungalows have the necessary utensils and equipment for preparing meals. You can make breakfast and other delicious meals in the fully equipped and cosy kitchen of “your bungalow” at your leisure, taste and with natural products that can be purchased within the province of Messolonghi.
