The accommodation at the Socrates Organic Village – Wild Olive, Agrilia,
is made up from 5 bungalows and a main building of 10 rooms.
The Socrates Organic Village, with its sleeping capacity of up to 48 guests, is known for its “retreat – get away from it all” location, the tranquil atmosphere, the clean environment, the ability to just relax, the views, the safety of the village and the proximity to Messolonghi, are some of the things that our guests enjoy.

- The bungalows can accommodate from 2 up-to 5 guests.
- Except for 1 bungalow that has 2 single beds, all the other bungalows have double beds.
- Extra sofa beds can be opened to accommodate the extra guests, bringing the capacity to 5.
- All bungalows have a patio with a table and chairs.
- All bungalows have full kitchen facilities.
- 1 bungalow offers toilet facilities for disabled guests and has been meticulously laid-out in order to render it accessible and habitable by people with special needs.
Rooms (Main building) (Photographs )
- The rooms can accommodate from 2 up to 5 guests, except for 1room that can accommodate up-to 6.
- Except for 2 rooms that have 2 single beds, all the other rooms have double beds.
- Extra sofa beds can be opened to accommodate the extra guests, bringing the capacity up-to 5.
- Apart from the single rooms and the standard double room, all other rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs.
- 1 room offers toilet facilities for disabled guests and has been meticulously laid-out in order to render it accessible and habitable by people with special needs.
Note
Keeping in mind that the “Socrates Organic Village – Wild Olive”, operates as a “retreat – getaway from it all” location, we would also like to bring the following to the attention of our guests:
i) During the guest's stay, extra activities can be offered.
ii) The village does not provide laundry facilities.
iii) For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed to accommodate a room by themselves.
iv) Guests are eligible for any damages caused in the rooms or within the areas of the village.
Corresponding charges for its repair will be applied.
v) All rooms / bungalows are checked / cleaned prior entry and upon departure of the guest.
vi) As the electricity required for the daily activities on the Socrates Organic Village – Wild Olive is produced by Renewable Energy Farms (Photovoltaic - Solar Water Heaters), our guests are kindly requested to turn off all extra appliances, such as air-condition units when not required. Protecting the environment and saving energy is the responsibility of all of us.
vii) The use of the white towels at the pool area is strictly not allowed.
viii) Smoking
a) All interior areas, bungalows / rooms / reception area and interior breakfast area, are strictly non-smoking areas.
Smoking is only allowed in the open areas, balconies and bungalow patios.
b) All smokers are requested not throw the cigarette buds on the floor (interior / exterior), but dispose of them in any of the many provided bins that are located all over our grounds.
Every guest has the equal rights of finding a clean and a relaxing environment.
(ix) Bungalows and its swimming pool (Chill area)
The area around the bungalows and its swimming pool are for guests who wish to be in an extra chill environment that offers tranquility, quietness and relaxation.
It is requested from all of our guests to respect this, the surrounding area and its needs.
Additionally, it should also be noted that:
a) From 14.30 hours to 17.30 hours, there is an additional quiet period (Siesta period) at the location of our bungalows and the swimming pool.
b) Swimming pool:
Opens: 9.00 hours
Siesta period: 14.30 hours – 17.30 hours
Closes: 21.00 hours
(x) Main Building and its swimming pool (Main area)
It is also requested from all of our guests to keep in mind, that as some guests might also be staying in the rooms of the main building (who wish to take advantage of the “Siesta period”), excessive noise during this period is to be kept under control.

(xi) Pools
a) Our pools are filled with fresh water and processed / treated / maintained as “salt water” (They are constantly filtered and cleaned).
b) Guests are requested to take a shower prior to the use of the pools.
c) Guests are requested not to put suntan lotion prior to the use of the pool.
d) Diving or jumping into the pools, are strictly not permitted.
e) For safety purposes, the maximum number of people permitted in the pool at one time is 10.
f) The use of the pools are strictly forbidden from 9pm (21.00hrs) to 9am (9.00hrs).
Ecological stay
The protection of the environment stands at the pinnacle of our philosophy and daily practice at the farm and we are proud of it.
- Energy: All of the electricity necessary for the daily activities of the village is produced by the 12kW Photovoltaic Park.
- Heating: The air-condition units provide the required heating, if needed.
- Hot water: Exploiting the long sunshine intervals, we utilize solar water heaters for hot water most of the days of the year and the rest of the time, boilers provide hot water when needed.
- Water for irrigation & the pool: We use water from the farm's wells, which is pumped by a solar energy pump, powered by the 1kW Photovoltaic panels.
- Illumination: We use only LED or low energy consumption lamps.
- Waste: We have procedures in place for the separation and recycling of waste as well as for composting organic residues.
- Local products: All food products originate from organic producers in the area.

2) Check in from: 15.00hrs (Note: For outside hours check-in, please contact us.)
3) Check out by: 11:00hrs (For a late check out (up-to 7pm), depending on the availability, there is an extra charge of 50€).
4) Breakfast: A rich breakfast with organic local products can be provided at an extra charge of 7€ / person / day.
5) Cleaning Service: For accommodation more than four days, a cleaning service on the third day can be provided, or upon request.
6) Linen change service: For accommodation more than four days, a linen change service on the third day can be provided, or upon request.
